What reservations are covered
Reservations made for 2020 summer season on or before March 14, 2020
Reservations for stays made on or before March 14, 2020, with a check-in date between March 14, 2020 and October 31, 2020, may be canceled before check-in. This means that guests who cancel under the policy will receive a full refund or travel credit in the amount they paid.
Reservations made for 2020 summer season after March 14, 2020
Reservations for stays made after March 14, 2020 will be entitled to their full money-back guarantee or travel credit prior 21 days to arrival date. No change will be made to booking until 21 days prior to arrival as we will evaluate the situation according to local government and health authorities advice.
All pre-payments for reservations made within these dates are eligible COVID – 19 Emergency Cancellation Policy. Due to this emergency:
- We will keep the pre-payment until 21 days prior to your arrival date and either proceed with the reservation as the circumstance will allow to or proceed to cancellation due to the COVID – 19 outbreak still actively in the origin country or to the chosen destination.
- In case of proceeding with reservation you will be entitled to proceed with the full-payment of your holiday 21 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations for 2021 summer season
Reservations for stays with arrival 2021 summer season, will be entitled to their full money-back guarantee* or travel credit prior 21 days to arrival date in case of transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, and prohibitions on short-term rentals.
Prepayment and final balance
All pre-payments and final balances for reservations with arrival date summer season 2021, will be made according to property’s payment policy.
In order for guests to be eligible to make use the COVID-19 Emergency Cancellation Policy, they should be able to provide official documentation from governmental or health authorities from their country that circumstances advises against travel from the origin country or to the destination country.
