Villa Athena is nestled on the edge of the Agios Lazaros Mykonos private 10-Villa Estate seafront and enjoys an uninterrupted view of Delos and Rhenea islands over a majestic drop to the sea, offering the picture-perfect Mykonos sunset. Villa Athena was host to several events during the games over the summers of 2004 and 2005 and was named Villa Athena in honor of the Goddess of wisdom. The world-renown designer, Alberto Pinto, intended the white-washed indoors and minimal designs to distract guests from the over-powering natural beauty of the island, and the white upholstery is intended to complement the island’s unique Cycladic architecture. The curved walls and seating arrangements blend in seamlessly with the Mykonian style, where 90-degree angles are all but absent. In contrast to the interior, the exterior of Pinto’s designs draw upon the magnificent, fiery-colored, stone-chiseled walls and broad flagstones to blend into the natural zeitgeist of the island’s wild-side, offering up an uninterrupted frame from within which to view Apollo’s birthplace, Delos, and the myriad of Cycladic islands scattered beyond it into the distance.

The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 monitored grounds at the periphery of the estate, so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat screen TVs so everyone can watch, back-up generators to face the frequent local electric shortages, a private water desalination system so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control.

Cancellation Policy
● Full refund up to 2 months prior check-in. ● 70% refund up to 1 month prior check-in. ● No refund 30 days prior check-in. All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
