The Bernardo Beach Villa is 300 square meters big with the capacity to accommodate up to ten persons. The interior is inspired by the beauty of the Zakynhtian island.
The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor together with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a cozy living room, a fireplace and a colorful garden where BBQ facilities are found. Bernardo Beach Villa provides central heating and cooling system individually controlled in every room. Also, at the same floor the one of the five luxurious bedrooms with a private bathroom is situated.
On the ground floor, you will find three more bedrooms each having its private bathroom too. All the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, a separate veranda and access to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is built next to the Bernardo Beach Villa equipped with cooking facilities, a double bed, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, in order to provide this way more privacy.

- ● 61 Days: In case of cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, the 30% advance payment is not refundable.● 01-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 60 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
