Cavallini Villa is located centrally between two of the most popular beaches in Mykonos, the Paraga beach, and the Paradise beach. The Paradise beach, which lies in front of the villa, is famous for its night beach parties. The villa is 4 km away from the Mykonos town and the Mykonos airport. This 8-bedroom luxury villa boasts stunning views and unparalleled comfort.

The villa has 2 levels. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the entry level floor. It has its own fireplace. 4 more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds are located on the same floor as well. There is also a kitchen that is fully equipped, a living room with a fireplace, a spacious sitting room, a game room with a French billiard, snooker, and ping-pong table, and a traditional wooden dining area. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the upper-level floor. All 3 have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed. The third one has two double beds. There is also an office that is fully equipped and a small dining area that looks very stylish.

The villa features a private swimming pool. There is a Jacuzzi, and a sauna, where you can just relax. There is an entertainment pavilion to entertain your guests. There is a mini bar inside and a fully stocked bar outside. There is ample space to have a full-on BBQ. The children can totally enjoy at the children’s playground. Baby cot is available upon request. The villa has a safe deposit box where you can keep your valuables. There is 24/7 Wi-Fi access.

Cavallini Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. There is parking space for 4 vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
● 61 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 31-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
