This private villa can fit 12 guests and is over 2,000 sq. m with access to most modern amenities including Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, cable, washing machines and more. It is perfect for a family vacation or for some fun with friends. The Fratini is the sister villa of the Cavallini and is located only 200m from the Paraga Beach. Overall guests can enjoy the amazing views and relax throughout the day.

Visitors can enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the pool or go for a stroll along either Paraga or Paradise beach. They can unwind at the large pergola that features a built-in barbecue and bar and take long walks in the 1600 sq. m. garden. The luxurious villa features 2 floors – the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor has 4 studios, 3 of which offer amazing views of the sea.

The first floor is separate from the ground and features a large living room, a single bedroom, a kitchen, closet and wardrobe with a sea view. The first floor offers a large veranda that has an amazing view of Paradise Bay while the living room terrace features a view of Paraga Beach.

The Fratini Villa is surrounded by luxury hotels and other residential villas. It is well connected to the main city, through buses that run twice every hour. Residents can head out for meals and drinks at any of the numerous restaurants and taverns that surround the villa.

Cancellation Policy
● 61 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 31-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
