The private Villa Halu is located above Ftelia Beach and offers a beautiful sea view. This spacious villa has 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sleeping 16 guests.
The villa complex consists of two separate properties joined together, both with separate entrances, one with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and the other with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa opens up to a spacious terrace with a gorgeous sea view. Each part of the villa has a separate kitchen, living room, and dining room. All rooms are air-conditioned.
There are other two large terraces next to 2 infinity pools with sunbeds and umbrellas around to enjoy the pool area. The terraces provide outdoor sound systems as well as large shaded dining areas overlooking the infinity pools and a beautiful sea view. The outdoor areas are ideal for spending time or celebrating with friends and family, enjoying a barbecue, having fun by the pool, or laying under the stars. There is an outdoor gym that is private to the villa as well as a helicopter pad for the villa.
Villa Halu is located just a 15-minute drive from Mykonos Town, a 5-minute drive from Ftelia Beach where there is the Alemagou Beach Club and Restaurant, and just a 4-minute drive from Ano Mera – a charming small town with bakeries, restaurants, and a supermarket. Another fabulous beach close by is Kalo Livadi Beach, just an 8-minute drive from the villa.

- ● Full refund up to 2 months prior check-in. ● 50% refund up to 1 month prior check-in. ● Vilotel Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount will be required. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- Security (damage) deposit if applicable will be charged by your host on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned upon departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.
