Spread over three levels, this sea-facing villa is located just 100 meters from Elia Beach. There are five bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate ten people for the night.

A fully-equipped kitchen/fridge and a large swimming pool only serve to make your stay more comfortable. The swimming pool faces the Aegean, so soaking in it can be a very relaxing experience. It is better than going for a swim in the sea – you have every amenity within reach here – and a great place to take in the scenery. The colors of the sea and the sky change during the day, and the sunset is when you get to truly experience the magic of Mykonos.

The pool area holds 150 persons, and there is also a bar here. It is the perfect romantic getaway – there is also a table beneath a shaded pergola if you would like some quiet time with your beloved or your family members. You can also get together with your friends for a barbecue.

The villa is airconditioned and lacks nothing. Bathrobes, slippers, cable/satellite television, a sound system, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, pool towels and Wi-Fi are all present, as is a fireplace, a wardrobe, a writing desk and a safe deposit box to store your valuables. Should you need anything, a personal concierge is available round the clock to attend to any and all of your requests.

For special requests like helicopter tours, transfers to/from the airport/port in a luxury minivan, body massages, beauty treatments, a personal chef and car rentals, advance notice may be required.

Cancellation Policy
● 61 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 31-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
