Located close to one of the longest beaches in Mykonos, Kalo Livadi, this 5-bedroom villa boasts captivating views, unparalleled comfort, high-end luxury, and complete privacy. Moreno I Villa is built in the traditional Cycladic architecture with all the modern comforts incorporated discreetly. The villa has a lot of built-in fixtures and fittings that looks exactly like the ones from the yesteryear ‘authentic’ Myconian houses. The furniture that adorns the villa is part of a private collection, imported from Italy and Bali. There are a number of recently restored old Greek pieces as well.

The villa has 3 levels. The master bedroom, with its own private veranda, is located on the top floor. The views from there are simply stunning. The kitchen (open-plan, fully equipped) is located on the middle level, so is the dining room that can comfortably seat 10 people and the living room with its own fireplace. The rest of the 4 bedrooms are located on the pool level floor. 3 bedrooms have double beds, one has 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

There is a special screening area for your entertainment, a private built-in Jacuzzi for you to just relax and enjoy, and enough space for having a full-on barbeque for 25 people. There is a mini bar inside, as well as a bar located in the surrounding mountainside. The villa has more than 6 different chill-out areas. There is a secret disco area for before/after parties.

Cancellation Policy
● 61 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 31-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
