The luxurious Villa Pablo will be your private paradise for summer and winter! It is located in Tsikalaria, Chania, only a few kilometers from the center of magnificent Chania. Built on a small hill, designed with great care using only environmentally friendly materials, Villa Pablo is quite isolated, a private property on the most beautiful part of the island of Crete, offering the visitor panoramic views and the opportunity to combine mountains and sea.

The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a WC, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a large living room and a wooden table, satellite TV with NETFLIX, a jaccuzzi, a wine cellar and a variety of other amenities that will make you feel luxury at its best.
The outdoor areas have a private pool (heated pool) with sun loungers and sunbeds, stunning sea views, shaded lounges and dining rooms on the east and west side of the plot and a fully equipped barbeque area overlooking Chania.
The heliport and the external toilets are a plus especially if you are not staying in the villa, but on the other hand, enjoying an event you have been invited to at the villa

- ● 31 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is canceled earlier than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is canceled later than 31 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.

- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
