Villa Paschalia began to be built in 2017 and just got finished in 2021. The name comes from a tree, “Paschalia” that bears a small lilac flower only by the time of Greek Easter. It is a beautiful tribute to the owner’s grandmother who also had that name.

The Villa is located at Agios Giannis region and has 5 suites, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, gym, lounge, office, swimming pool and of course a spectacular view and sunset over the island of Delos, considered The Sacred Island for the Greeks.

This brand-new luxury villa was built to make its guests feel like living in their private paradise. Our concierge service provides all kind of options in Mykonos. Since reservations in the restaurants in the area like “Hippie Fish” or a SPA session at “Mykonos Grand” in front of the Villa until boat or helicopter rides. Besides the concierge service there is house manager who lives in the Villa and is available for the guests 24/7.

There are incredible 360 sqm. (3.875 sqf.) perfectly suitable to events beyond your staying like marriages, birthday parties, sunset feast, outdoors lunch and dinners.

Cancellation Policy
● 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. ● 70% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in. ● Vilotelluxuryvillas.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
