Perched at the highest peak of the island city of Mykonos, the Pierre Villa offers some of the most stunning bird’s eye views of the pristine blue waters of the Aegean and the beautiful golden sands of the beaches lining the entire island. The Villa is spread across an area of 450 square meters among the lush green environs of the hillside slopes that are far away from the deafening bustle of the main city.

The interiors of the Pierre Villa have been tastefully decorated with exquisite handcrafted messaline furnishings, tall wooden beam ceilings, pastel-toned walls and luxurious furniture specially handcrafted from exotic chestnut tree wood, all of which create an ethereal atmosphere indoors. Spread across three distinct floor levels, the Villa features a total of seven enormous bedrooms, spacious living areas, modern bathrooms, traditional fireplaces and even a kitchen that is well equipped with an entire range of appliances and utilities including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, stove, fridge and a washing machine. The bathrooms have been handcrafted with natural earthy elements such as pebbles and greens along with unique premium amenities including colored running water, power showers and shaded windows.

The outdoor spaces have been paid exceptional attention to and are beautifully furnished with shaded sitting areas, sun lounges, a fully functional BBQ setup, stylish pool beds, palatial verandas, super comfy hammocks and even a tennis court. You can take a dip in the crystal blue waters of your private infinity pool or bask in the warmth of the afternoon sun, while enjoying the mesmerizing views of the Aegean.

Cancellation Policy
● 61 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 31-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
