Enjoy a comfortable stay at Roberto II villa, one of the two Roberto villas designed with luxury, convenience and practicality in mind. Roberto I & II Villas are two luxurious holiday homes located near the traditional Zakynthos village of Katastari. Each villa features its own swimming pool and private space, and it is certain that it will meet each and every requirement a guest may have! The complex consists of two similar villas that can also be hired together by bigger groups.

Roberto II villa measures an impressive 235 square meters and can sleep up to 8+2 guests. The villa is spread on two levels: on the ground floor, there is a tastefully decorated, open-plan living room, perfectly combined with the kitchen and the dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a furnished veranda with direct access to the swimming pool. On the second floor, the guests will find two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds and private bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), and two bedrooms with twin single beds (that can be combined into queen-sized ones) which share a bathroom with a shower. The guests will certainly delight in the accommodation offered, as luxury is combined with a wonderful view of the sea and the pool from every bedroom.

Every Villa has its own private space, swimming pool and built BBQ, and there is a dividing wall between the two Roberto Villas. Both villas can be booked by large groups (e.g. 20 persons)! Additionally, the owners manage two restaurants – the guests may arrange dinner on request with delivery service!

Cancellation Policy
● 31 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than four weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded.● 22-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee.● 01-21 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 21 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
