The Villa has three master bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. As such, it’s the perfect place to stay for a group of friends or family as well. The bathrooms are fully furnished with marble, the living room is very spacious and the bedrooms have been designed expertly to enhance the overall comfort. The Villa gives an excellent view of the emerald sea, besides having a terrace that opens out to a private pool. The features and furnishings of the Villa have been crafted to maintain a classical appeal, yet to provide you with all the modern comforts that you may need, such as air-conditioning, Wifi, oven, toaster, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and so on.
The Dixon I Pool Villa has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sunbeds, and a shaded area on the terrace pool. The Villa is situated very close to the towns of Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. A stay at the villa includes a welcome basket, buffet breakfast and daily maid service. The nearest airport is the Heraklion International Airport (Nikos Kazantzakis), at a distance of 70 km. Airport transfers are available at an additional cost.

- Cancellation Policy
- ● The deposit of 30% is non-refundable in case of any cancelation.● 01-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 60 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
- Additional rules information
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
