Set on a hillside overlooking the sea, the sleek modern villa surrounded by lush landscaping boasts panoramic view’s of the island’s coast across the bay to the satellite island of Moggonissi, the Epirus mountains and also the stunning white cliffs of Anti Paxos. Eight bedrooms and contemporary decor make for a memorable atmosphere indoors as well.
Gisele Villa brings the indoors outside in every sense, the lounge of both properties opens out to a large sun terrace with an infinity pool, rows of daybeds and chaise lounges tucked under sun umbrellas, all facing the Ionian Sea and in complete privacy. The huge kitchens also open out to the terrace, are eqiupped with all modern appliances and an outdoor dinning area has equally impressive views.
Tiled floors, white walls and whitewashed beam ceiling create a warm and airy gallery-like space for the villa’s modern furnishings and artworks. There are 3 bedrooms in Gisele I, one in the studio and 4 bedrooms in Gisele II, all have air-conditioning and most of them with en-suite bathrooms with showers.
Lazy days by the pool are always a great way to switch off on vacation and there are so many vantage points from which to soak up the awesome views that inspiration is never far away. But if you do decide to travel further afield, there is a jetty just below the villa, where you can take your rental boat and explore the island. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are less than 10 minutes’ drive. The port is a 15-minute drive.

- Cancellation Policy
- ● 61 Days: No fees apply if the reservation is cancelled earlier than eight weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any taken deposit is fully refunded. ● 31-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fee. ● 01-30 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
- Additional rules information
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
