Apart from two levels of living spaces including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, the Villa features a lone attic that offers adequate seating space with a writing desk. Complete with a host of modern utilities and appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, four ring cooker, toaster, coffee filter machine, kettle and even a dishwasher, the spacious kitchen offers plenty opportunity for you to try to culinary skills and churn up some authentic Greek delicacies using the freshest of local herbs and greens.

On the outside, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the 35 square meters freshwater swimming pool or sunbathe while lounging around on one of the several stylish sun beds. Apart from the package inclusive staff services, you can also place special requests for a variety of facilities such as babysitting, diving lessons, airport transfers, chef/cook, massage treatments, car rentals, newspaper delivery and what not at extra charges as applicable.

Cancellation Policy
● The deposit of 30% is non-refundable in case of any cancelation.● 01-60 Days: In case the booking is cancelled later than 60 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or in case of an early departure, the total accommodation cost (100%) is charged as cancellation fee.
Additional rules information
● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.
